Our Approach

How Every Service Begins

Regardless of which service is appropriate, the process starts the same way: a thorough look, a written record, and a conversation. We don't start work until you've seen the assessment and agreed to proceed.

01

Intake

You bring the watch. We note its condition, ask about the history, and record what we observe.

02

Assessment

We examine the movement and case, document our findings, and recommend what service is appropriate.

03

Service

With your agreement, we carry out the agreed work carefully, contacting you if anything unexpected comes to light.

04

Return

The watch is returned with timing results, a record of work done, and aftercare notes for your reference.

Inspection and light service

Service One

Inspection & Light Service

฿4,300 · 1 – 2 weeks

A clear assessment followed by a light service: cleaning of accessible parts, gentle lubrication, timing adjustment, and a seal review. Everything found is noted plainly, so you can decide on any further work with full understanding. A sensible first step for a watch returning to wear.

1 Visual inspection and condition documentation
2 Cleaning of external and accessible movement parts
3 Gentle re-lubrication where accessible
4 Timing regulation and seal review
5 Timing results and return documentation

Best for: watches that have been sitting unused, or that need a check before regular wear resumes.

Service Two

Movement Overhaul

฿9,400 · ~3 weeks

A complete overhaul for movements that have become unreliable. Everything is disassembled, cleaned in an ultrasonic bath, and re-oiled, with the balance, escapement, and mainspring reviewed and renewed where needed. Timing is regulated across positions and seals refreshed. Suited to well-used watches.

1 Full movement disassembly and part cataloguing
2 Ultrasonic cleaning of all movement components
3 Balance, escapement, and mainspring evaluation
4 Re-oiling with lubricants matched to calibre

Across All Services

Technical Standards We Follow

Pre-Service Measurement

Timing is measured before work begins to document starting condition — not just after.

Calibre-Appropriate Lubricants

Lubricants are selected by movement age and type — not a single oil applied to everything.

Secure Watch Custody

All watches in our care are stored in a locked, monitored workspace throughout their time with us.

No Work Without Consent

Parts are not replaced and additional work is not carried out without your prior agreement.

Written Records Throughout

Intake, findings, work done, and return condition are all documented and available to you.

Replaced Parts Returned

Any component we replace is offered back to you — particularly relevant for antique pieces.
